In September of 2008 ddm had the distinct pleasure of working with the Nova Scotia chapter of the Children’s Wish Foundation on their “Exile Island” event.
The ‘survivor theme’ event took place on George’s Island in the Halifax harbour. It was an amazing experience as everything came together on a particularly gorgeous day in Nova Scotia.
Cheryl Matthews, Chapter Director, Nova Scotia Children’s Wish Foundation of Canada had this to say about ddm’s work:
“Words just don’t say enough, I am ‘floating’ right now. What an event… I can’t begin to express my thoughts and feelings, WOW sums it up. I am a little overwhelmed today trying to get through the glowing comments…”
Ultimately, the event raised almost $500,000 – Wish fulfillment of the highest order. The best part was that all of the 10 wish kids connected with the event were able to have a wish granted!
Don Douloff of Meetings and Incentive Travel magazine recently published an article about the event- read the full article here.

The article is very good. Write please more
